The team consists of Prof. Hartmann and several PhD candidates who are employed as research fellows.
Prof. Hartmann and his team mainly deal with civil law (contracts, torts, unjust enrichment) and employment and labour law with a special focus on European labour law. Recent activities include the impact of digital technologies on employment and labour law.
